Youthful and energetic, Gabe has the general appearance of a seventeen-year-old teenage boy. This in no way reflects the fact that he actually died when he was eighteen months old; rather, he assumes the appearance of the person that his mother (and later, his father) imagines him to be. Gabe manages to infuse most of his motions with a certain level of athleticism, as if compensating for the fact that he never got to have much life while he actually, well...lived. When his posture isn't looming and predatory, it's animate and almost dance-like. He has a tendency to cling to things in the vicinity, be they objects or people, as though that might ground him in reality...or like they might be the bars of a crib he didn't spend nearly enough time in. His wardrobe is simple: short-sleeved t-shirts and jeans. He favors certain colors depending on how he's feeling in relation to others, but in LifeAftr, his wardrobe is significantly limited. ✘ M I N D; psyche, personality, general mentality. The most pertinent thing about Gabriel Goodman is that he died when he was eighteen months old. Thus, his emotional maturity is roughly equivalent to that of an infant. He frequently likes to dig into other people's psyches, as he still believes that he needs to root himself into the lives and general existences of others in order to have a sense of being at all. Likewise, he detests being ignored; he will impose himself on others as often as possible and greedily soak up whatever attention he can get, positive or negative. Starved for touch and affection of any sort, Gabe loathes the sensation of being ignored. He spent most of his postmortem years being the elephant in the room for a family that wouldn't properly grieve him, and the intense fear that he'll slip out of people's heads again still plagues him.
